Any items MUST be sent back complete with jewellery packaging and received by us within 10 working days of receipt. We suggest that you use a signed for delivery service and use recorded delivery should you wish your items to be insured. If recorded delivery is not used, we cannot accept responsibility for any returns sent. The postage cost is not reimbursed.
